Are the Volumetrix packages Mac compatible?

I have bought several Pyromantix - Volumetrix packages (when they were on a good sale - like today) but I can’t seem to get them to work properly. The promo page shows nice bright & emissive flames that glow off of the floor. My renders don’t glow and hardly show any flames (see the screenshots). Is there a way to get it to work or is this a Windows only package?
