  Any answer you get here that isn't from the actual person that did the promo is a guess when it comes to characters

  The First looks like a Fred Winkler (FW) (Fred Winkler and Sabby, FWSA) not a Mousso.

  You see how that site has an nice little contact email button on it, you can easily ask the artist of those promos what was used.
