Problem with transparency material

Hi! As you can see in the image. I have set to fully transparent the straps in the shoe but still have some ligh shadow (in the ankle) ... any solution to that? It only happens with these ones. Thanks!

    Weird. I can only see that happen if the cutout oppacity for the strap is fully 0.

    Which shoe is it, and how have you applied the material?
