Rodents by AM question

Hi, fairly new user here, I bought the Rodents by AM but for the life of me I cant seem to find out how to make the fur/tale show on Iray preview or full render - am I missing something silly here?

    Are you using the iray squirrel (catalyzer)? If so, you have to use the render button on the catalyzer pane/tab. (window > panes > LAMH2Catalyzer)

    Are you using the free LAMH-Version? If NOT, have you ensured that the plugin is activated (works via a certain external website. It should tell so in a dialog, though). Mentioning this ~ just in case...
