I have 4.7 and carrara installed on same computer and they both work fine. It's nice having studio to play with while I am learning Carrara

...well looks as if MM's going to be one of those "snowball" type sales this year (buy one at X% two at Y% etc).

    ...bugger.

    Bwah?

No, KK, think of it as a 40% off flat sale, because it is.

Yes, that becomes 50% off if you have any two items (and 58%/65% for DO's). But there's 1600+ items in the MM category that you can pick any one of, and take 40% off flat, though.

I get that you don't think much of a 40% off sale, but they ARE giving a simple discount option for folks who want it. (And I'd bet you can easily find two items you want out of those, to make it a 50% off sale.)

If the discount didn't kick in at 1 item, I'd understand the frustration, but the sale does kick in at the first item you put in your cart.

p.s. Use my Wishlistify bookmarklet, to make it easier to find items in the MM deal list that are also in your wishlist!

MM starts in February now, Daz Studio 4.7 is so alien to me, hugs Daz 3 with love, this is not me complaining its my rhetoric thinking mind out loud, and pensive waiting to see what glorious credit card breaking things I can buy with MM this year.

    +1 !

*gah*. it's what i'm starting to fear too. i set a bit $$ aside in expectation of the usual MM, aka a huge list of items you can buy for a song like 2$ apiece - which allowed me to fill my runtime until it burst at the seams (while still spending more $$ @daz than i ever do otherwise) - and now... this??? D:
disappointed is an understatement, i hope the coming days will prove different and more enjoyable. else i'll pass.

40% off straightaway is more than you normally get. The small print excluding discounts on items costing 99p or less implies there may be such offers. Monique and Darius items are top quality to me and I am glad they were included, but it would have been better to start in March so that people get their paychecks.

Now I must find two low-cost items to get Foliage Pack One free ;).

...if you are a PC+ member. you almost always get another 5 - 10 % off most sales MM these days means little. To have to "find something" to buy that you will use to get a discount is ridiculous.

Crikey, I just got several Stonemason sets at 60% off in a Flash sale, no "gimmicks".

of course, the actual offers and discounts are still worth noticing! sadly, absolutely none of the "MM" items up to now have retained my attention (independently of the fact that such a combined "2015' MM" purchase can't concur with the past years 2$ sales - being myself a pathetic combination of greedy and pennyless). besides, there are many older items on my wishlist i'm still pining for, partly because they're awesome decors/architecture, partly because as clothing goes i still rather use M4 and G1 than G2 (yup ikr, transfer plugins and all, but why when there's stuff fitting already)...
btw, you mentioned "items costing 99p or less" - doesn't it refer to PC items?
*hehehe, i get a pitiful paycheck, but luckily already on the 22nd monthly ;) *

Well, I am not in PC+, but now the lowest price for new items is two bucks and change, so I think there is more to this small print. Hopefully not limited to PC+ members, I would gladly buy "old" models (Generation 4, Genesis, A3 and H3 as well as props) for similar prices.

Come on, do not mock me please, there are three days during which something worthy may pop up (my first item is Find Your Mojo Expressions) that I would like to buy anyway, if not, I may simply buy Foliage Pack One due to its nice look. Remember we are in the same boat. I prefer even simpler sales, but considering what we have been getting during the last weeks, MM offers are decent. Punches would sooo worse.

Besides, I am certain there will be a catchup of sorts to pick up the deals, evaluation first, handing money afterwards if you ask me. I do not buy if something is limited, I have patience to sit out and wait for clearance or flash sales.

Hmmm so this MM isn't what it used to be, and there was I saving all my pennies to really grab some bargains, but I am guessing the days of really bargains, like good old Daz days have gone to the same place my old brick mobile phone went, :( oh well I have the Lock in Savings thing so I might as well buy some stuff right. Also have my PA Voucher and some other nutty voucher that might be worth cracking open. hmmm. Trundles off to Time Space machine and goes way back to an old thread or two.

Sorry if anyone already asked this, but is there any way to filter March Madness items to see if they are on one's Wishlist?

    Thanks!

I'm tooting my own horn on this, but try this thread and the bookmarklet underneath. I use it on Chrome, others have reported it working on Firefox. It's a lifesaver for events like this...

That looks perfect! Thanks Cypherfox. There's a thread that needs to be stickied!

Huh, an actual use for the Comments section, that's a nice idea. I'll have to try to remember to do the extra steps of adding that into the comments whenever I click on the Wishlist. Maybe that will start to cut down on my impulse Wishlist clicks lol
