How do I use Thickener Plug-In?

I recently purchased the thickener plug in however, I dont see how to use it.

I used DazCentral to install the plug in but I dont see how to use in Daz 4.16. The product page seems to show a new panel created by the plug in but I am not see it (screenshots below).

I can't find a "Serial Number" for this plugin under "My Serial Numbers". Has anyone else had this problem? What can you do? Do you really have to wait for a response from support?

Besides, a manual (pdf file) could be found in your ' Program Files\DAZ 3D\DAZStudio4\docs\Plugins\Thickener ' as well as in IM package. Pretty comprehensive ~
