Does all daz3d character made from the base character, by reshaping it?

    In general. There are some stand-alone figures, but when they're based on the base, they will work with clothing and other items made for that base, among other things.

    Well there are a handful of standalone figures in the store, but yes, 99% of the characters are shapes and textures for one of the various base figures.
