HELP!

I am trying to access my past purchases in my acct...when I do try I am sent to the login page and am told that my info is not valid. Yet I am here posting in trhe forums...and am told I have posted 90 times so I must be loggedin in some way. I cannot send a msg to support as I am again told I need to login. Can someone from support plz help?

    The forum and the store are two completely different things. I am logged into the forum as well, but I often have to log into the store when I want to view my purchases or buy something..

    Click on the 'Shop' option at the top of this page, then click on the little blue man (next to the cart symbol) and log in there.

    Also sometimes you have to clear the cache as thorougly as possible to be able to log in. At least in my experience :)

    delete the daz cookies and try again

    Usually this is a machine end problem with the cache. Logging out then hitting F5 should solve this issue.

    Thx guys, looks like it cleared on its own...cookies and cache get cleaned each day. Had tried my pass several times at the acct and no go. The reset password utilitry wouldn't work, just kept bouncing me but finally went back after awhile and it cleared. That's cool tho because since I didn't buy anything it saved me some money :)
