What does an empty product mean?

I am tryint to load something for Cooke.  Some of her product pages are like this.  I don't know if any non-Cookie products are like this.

    It could be products that have not installed correctly and need to be re-installed.  However, have you checked that you have the base directory for those added to the "Poser Formats" section in the Product Library - certainly the Thursday's Child one is a poser product and so most likely needs to be added there.

    I found out it was an error caused by incomplete information in the user info.  It was a duplicate.
