4 days of freebies

hi all,

so i recently started using daz3d and got an e-mail that said i would get 4 free items, 1 a day over the next 4 days. Only problem is i can't access any of them because the product page just keeps loading.

when i pull up f.e.: the product page(lauren hair for genesis 3 and 8) through the daz store the product page loads just fine but also charges me 24 bucks.

I tried submitting a ticket but to do that i need an order number, which i don't have because i didn't order anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Moved to the Commons as the freebies forum is for offers of freebies

    I believe there is an issue with these, or was recently. Just put NA in the order number and you should be able to submit the ticket.
