Applying alien morphs (only for females) to males... is it possible?

I really like https://www.daz3d.com/xeloria-hd-for-zelara-8 but I would like a male version of this as well. I could not find one for Nix (the Zelara counterpart), is there a way to apply the alien features to a male model?

    Someone with fairly advanced asset creation skills could probably carry out a conversion (as long as they were willing to convert HD morphs to displacements), but for a typical user it's probably more practical to use transgender morphs on the female figure.

    After a quick searach, this is the only transgender transformer I could find: https://www.daz3d.com/transgender-shapes-for-genesis-8. 

    If you know of any others, please let me know. This one... might work in a pinch, but looking at the pictures, I'm not sure it'll give me the results I'm looking for.

    https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-8-cross-figure-resource-kit. This will add a parameter that adds a masculine shape to the female model.  The parameter setting is in the body shapes.

    You can use the transgender morphs.

    I also  have used the skin on the males with good results but not the graft.

    I thought I would try a little experiment... I don't have the character you mention so I thought I would try a different one.... this is a combination of the cross figure resource and some transgender morphs... I should have used a less feminine pose but I didn't....

    Thanks for mentioning the cross figure resource and testing it on an alien. Together it looks like they'll do a pretty good job.
