Has anybody ever come across a DAZ product that has animated blinking lights? Something that be used in a stage or concert type setting with light props and the mechanism to make them blink (such as an aniblock)

I do not have this product, so I can't say how well it works, but it says you can keyframe lights with it.

This free script is able to animate textures https://sites.google.com/site/mcasualsdazscripts/texanimfords3
But depending on what you want, the simpler is maybe just to put lights right behind an opaque plane and to add a small oscillating forward/backward movement that will be transformed to some kind of blinking.
