gen x2 problem

i have issue with the gen x2 converting v4 morphs to g3f i do have both gen x2 and gen x2 for g3f and i have both v4 and g3f so what could be the problem ?

Do you have the interim conversion product GenX2 AddOn for Genesis 2 ? It is a requirement for the Genesis 3 AddOn as shown in the store page.
