How do I access my profile

I am pulling my hair trying to find how to access my profile to change avatar and signature - any help, please?

    In any forum page, look for 'Your Public Profile' and 'Your Control Panel' near the top of the page.

    It is your control panel that you want.

    Yes, some of these things are hidden in plain sight :)

    I still get caught out with the new forum myself.
