Forgot to use DAZ+ monthly coupon, help please

I have made mistake yesterday and forgot to enter monthly DAZ+ coupon... I have filed request ticket but they are not answering... I am hoping that it can be solved, as I just need that coupon to be used on the product, please blush

    You've done the only thing you can do by making your request by ticket.
