Would This Model be of interest?
I've been using DAZ for a few years, but only recently started to do some serious modeling. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in me making this model available.
By the way, here is a link to the last running gear test I did on this model. I am still tweaking textures but thought I would put some feelers out.

The model looks really nice, and the running gears are a very cool addition. I think it's the sort of thing people would like. Your promo lighting could be better, though. You need some UberEnvironment or Advanced Ambients in there.
Moved to the Commons. .
I think I could find room in my Runtime for a 0-4-0 ... assuming it's usable in Poser as well as DS.
Thanks for the comments and suggestions. This is a test render, not really a product shot as I have a lot left to do to get it ready. One thing is figuring out how to turn it into a product since it is more than a prop. The flags, bell, whistle and runing gear can all be animated. As far as importing it into Poser, I am not sure how to make it suitable for that particular application having only used it a decade or so ago when it was pretty much limited to character animation. We are looking probably a good two or three months before I get to the stage of a release. I will post some better images as I fix some issues.
BTW this is a model of an historical Locomotive. It was originally owned by the Kingdom of Hawaii and before it was put into service for the kingdom it was sold to BF Dillingham so he could provide passenger service on his railroad because the locomotive he ordered had not arrived on time.
Wow, it really looks nice. There is an unfilled niche for toys, moreover, I heard there is always demand for vehicles. I'd certainly be glad to give my Genesis children a toy like that. The features you list are impressive too.
I guess you could scale it down to toy sizes. In it's current state it is 1:1 scaling so a genisis figure could fit inside the cramped cab which is prototypical size. Also in the condition you are currently viewing it the poly count is 64,000 which is almost 2x more than a Genesis figure (which is close to 35 K).
I'm not sure if that would be an issue, but I have hi res characters that I sculpted in rigged in some of the test animations and they are closer to 750k poly's and there does not seem to be an issue. Below is test rendering of an untexture Figure of mine ridding in the cab.
