scene is dark

So I'm trying to use the onyx bed and bath but the scene is too dark to see in the viewport and using filament is too laggy. Even deleting the lights doesnt work.

    i found more lights to delete which solved the problem

    Press ctrl+L  to switch on preview lights.

    Preview [the] Lights is on by default, the first press of ctrl L (which is Window>Preview Lights) will turn the preview off, replacing it with a headlamp-style light.
