Missing Gen 3 Files

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Tried to load up a Gen 3 Male and got an error saying could not open file  - File does not exsist.

I can go into my content library and load it - It is as iff all the Gen 3 starters essentials are unavalble.

I did reinstall them but that did not change my situation.  Any info on how I might get this working again?  I added an imapge of my content library mapping and the file in the location on the drive.

    You appear to be working with Daz Studio on line, and there is no available for download icon on the Genesis 8 Starter Essentials - that means the system is showing it as isntalled through Daz Studio, in which case the Install manager/Daz Central files will not be used. Back out to the Products tab, rather than being inside the product in your screenshot, right-click on Genesis 8 Starter essentials, and select Uninstall - you should then be able to load the other installed files.
