No freebie hair with purchase

After entering the code "FREEBEE" with my >$40 purchase, I do not see the "Nirvy Fashion Stylized Bob Hair" in my cart or account. The screenshot is after submitting the code:

    You need to add the freebie to your cart yourself.  And you won't see anything in your cart show up in your account before after having checked out.

    You could contact customer support and explain what happened, they'd probably give it to you. I've made mistakes like that in the past and they were very helpful.

    Make sure you screenshot the offer because CS may ask for proof the free hair existed.
