refund help
hello
i have accidently downloaded the wrong version of aniblocks 2 and didnt realise it was only compatible with daz 3 and not daz 4
the details are

i have submitted a ticket to get a refund and have waited nearly 2 weeks and havent heard anything if someone can help then id appreciate it

Have you received at least the auto acknowledgement of the ticket? If not you may have entered the email incorrectly - check that the refund has not already been made, possibly as store credit. If you did receive an acknowledgement have you had a human reply? If so then the process is ongoing, there isn't really anything the foruims can do to help.
When did you submit the ticket? DAZ customer service help does not work weekends. And Monday is a holiday in the US; so, you may not receive a human response until Tuesday or Wednesday.
Human response?... What species work on the weekends?... I'm betting it's those damned mole rats... they keep taking human people's jobs.

If you haven't received even an auto response it's likely that the ticket had the wrong email (the help system, Zendesk, does bot automatically carry over the site log-in - if you had to conmplete a capatcha you were not logged in there) which won't stop the request for processing, unless there were any questions they needed to ask, but will stop updates from reaching you.
Well if the price was right, yes it does activate AniMate2 - if that's what you were referring to. The key would be in your Account on the Serial Numbers Page.
