Stuck on Grey Advanced Screen

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

After update stuck on grey advanced (I think tutorial) screen and can't seem to bring back any of the usual stuff thats there. The one thing i thought was gonna bring it back made it crash, and uninstalling/reinstalling didnt work. Halppppp!

    Have you tried Window>Workspace>Select Layout?

    That worked, sorry was lost asf, new to daz and it's always just come up on launch so had no idea where to go. TY!
