Looking for a Character

Hey!

I can't figure out what character was used in that product:

Is there anyone who knows what model that is? I'm looking for hours now but without luck.

    I think it may be Bluejaunte's character, Amira, or at least a lot of Amira with maybe a few adjustments to the face. OOT seems to use her and her textures fairly often in promos.
