Character Converter G2M to G8M

I bought the "Character Converter from Genesis 2 Male to Genesis 8 Male" and the first character I converted was Gianni 6 - here are the results (screen-shot attached.

Has anyone successfully converted Gianni 6 using that utility?  Any ideas on how to solve the problem?  The converted head object jumps to the original location of the Genesis 2 Male clone used during the conversion process.
