As for the hair, maybe this hair is close-enough? https://www.daz3d.com/short-wet-hair-for-genesis-8-male-s-and-female-s Unfortunately, if you use G8.1, the geoshells don't work unless you manually load a G8 and then copy-paste the materials to the new body/torso zone.

  The short wet hair base style, as pointed out by MimicMolly could work too if you remove the shine.
