Does anyone know if CrocodileLiu (https://www.daz3d.com/crocodile-liu) is on these forums at all? Or if they have a published way to get a hold of them? I love their work and wanted to ask if they'd be open to a commission request... but I seem to be at a loss of ways to ask.

Have you tried contacting DAZ customer support? They should be able to relay your question.
DAZ handles all customer service for the PAs, so best to contact them about it.
