Hair looks like cubes

in The Commons
when I select H-Lee Hair for G3F, it appears in the form of cubes. Does anyone know why?

    That indicates that DS can't locate the actual geometry files. How did you install the hair?

    Or it was isntalled through Connect and failed to decrypt - so the geometry is found but can't be read. A less cropped screenshot might have yielded additional information.
