  Might have better luck searching if you used the correct past tense of sew which is sewn.

  Over at ArtStation there are a number of "stitches" - look for "alphas" {not Zbrushes etc. unless you have Zbrush} which can be used in image editors. .png or .tiff

  There are a number for 'sewing' but there are also some freaky skin modification resources.

  They're only for the face, but FenixPhoenix has stitches and staples for male and female that might be useful.
