  https://www.daz3d.com/manga-marker-materials-for-genesis-8-female I've had good luck with Manga Marker for this sort of job. It has nice presets, including presets for the Sakura 8 eyes. That Dark Anime product looks cool too, added to my list!

  Yes, you can just delete the Iray decal node (Dotify - Decal) that is created when applying the Dotify wearable. Be aware that the full presets will change the figure skin, but there are separate eye presets too.
