Hi, I'm a little confused over the Punch system...

When you get to a milestone (5, 10 or 15 Punches), do you get a coupon to use or is the discount already applied on following orders?

Are the milestone discounts only available on the next order or is it applied to all following orders in week 1?

Are the milestone discounts limited to the week or could you buy anything from week 1's 'Sale Artists' anytime in Dec if you had a Punch Milestone for week 1 even though we'd be in week 3 for instance?

Do the Punches get carried on week per week (so if you end week 1 with 5 Punches, does week 2 already start with 5 Punches or 0 Punches)?

    The discounts should be applied automatically, and repeatedly if you make multiple purchases of the right type.

    Richard,

    My view of the sale is still showing last weeks punches rather than this weeks. I'm assuming any new punch items we buy this week are going to show up at some point on Monday when the site gets updated. I also bought a gift card last week that never showed up. I did put a ticket in on it Thursday, and have not heard anything back. Do you know of any way to get that expedited? It was for a pretty large amount (as in a couple of hundred dollars).

    ...but only in the week they're available (like today is the last day to buy and benefit from the Week 1 Punches)?

    According to the promo's this sale runs from Saturday - Friday, not Monday -Sunday. We are in week two now, week one ended Friday at midnight. Which is why what is showing up there is confusing. There is another thread on the subject in the Members Forum, there is a ticket in on the problem. We are on Day 2 of Week 2 now.

    Yes, only in the week the discounts are valid for. We've reported the issue with the punch meter.

    Oh... Does this mean that today is the first day of 'Week 2' so any Punches I add today won't get added to the 'Week 1' (It's showing 'Week 1' for me too)?

    They should be adding to week 2 (as was anything bought yesterday, but you can't see it at the moment because the punch meter is showing the wrong week. The milestone descriptions did update, so they should be correct for this week.
