Smart Content NEVER turns up any results when I search

I've been having this issue for several months and have just been dealing with it, but it's really starting to annoy me. I'm dumb so I need help. Whenever I search for an item in smart content which I KNOW exists, it will never turn up any results. I made sure I'm at "all files" and don't have "filter by context" checked. I attached a screenshot for reference. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

    It doesn't search for partial words, if you expanded that to genesis you would get hits.
