skin color help

Hi -

This is not the first time me using this model. I have never gotten the discoloration on the knee before now. Any help on figuring out what is causing this? Thank you

    It looks like the skin material gets a high specularity on the legs. You may either lower the specularity or add some roughness on the knees or use a black or dark cup instead of white.
