arealight disc etc

When ever I use arealight (disc, plane, etc) or !uberenvironment and such I get these "freckles" or spots all over the figure and surrounding surfaces. How do I get rid of these?

Make sure you use the UberEnvironment quality settings -- the default is low quality.
Ok, dumb question time. Where is that setting again?
In Content Library > DAZ Studio Formats > My DAZ 3D Library > Light Presets > omnifreaker > UberEnvironment2
Not sure offhand where they show up in Smart Content.
