    That appears to be a promo image from Rarestone's now-disappeared All Sweet Fashion Poses Series 2 for Genesis 8 Female.

    It might be one of Rarestone's own clothing items, but if it is you won't find it here any more. I believe Rarestone is trading on Renderosity as Ravenstone, so you could try reaching out to them there.
