In Daz Studio 4.15, wherever I have tried to update a product from within the program, I have gotten an error message (User name or Password is wrong) when I tried to sign in with the same sign in information as I have on this site (which is the only sign in information I have for Daz, period).
Attached is the file for what I am talking about.
Hopefully somebody can help me. Last time I asked about this (quite a long while ago), I got a couple of answers on where to find something that was completely unrelated to what I was asking about.

Try signing in with the Connect menu - you must have been able to log in at some stage to be showing updates in the first place.
What is the Connect menu? I have Daz Connect in the Content Library, but there is nothing about signing in with it.
EDIT: Oh - I saw what you meant at the top of the application. When I Open the application (which is now 4.16 Pro - weird things started happening with 4.15, but seem to be gone now with 4.16 Pro), it is automatically signed in - those are my settings; however, it doesn't acknowledge that when the window I showed in the attachment comes up and I try to sign in on it.
Well, that is just the browser for info - by default it opens the read me, which shouldn't need a log in (and didn't for me) though if you hold down ctrl (cmd on a Mac) while selecting the option it will offer to load your product library instead. That page has no connection with isntalling an update, other than looking to see just what the update is (if it has been noted).
