    In fact the Zeddicus sale was not meant to be excluded, and this should now be fixed.

    ...watching the Holiday sale over the last few days noticed a disappointing trend:  there's the above mentioned "Today Only" deals which disqualify use of the loyalty bonus.  More bundles than individual items in the Historical Top Sellers category, little rotation of products in the 2021 Top Sellers category and the the Category sale itself, mostly older (pre Genesis) and RNDA items. This pretty much leaves only new releases and the PA stores (the latter usually the same stores over and over) as qualifying for the Loyalty discount. 

    So far was only able to use the discount twice as it doesn't apply to anything not on the Holiday Sale page.

    Same here. It would be nice if the loyalty bonus helped me buy things I actually want (like the stuff on my wishlist) instead of trying to push me to buy things I don't care for or need just because they're new.

    If we toss aside deliberately misleading that leaves continuing major issues with setting up the sales pages. 
    don't a couple people proof read them before they go live, I would think you might have a private server that goes live a few hours early and have a few people come in and run through the stuff just to check for bloopers.

    And sadly the concept of inquiries in a place with no phones and nobody around on weekends is pretty much a non-responsive system. 
    (if you check your messages from me... you'll find I send both you and Jack messages back on second day when a situation that went on for a week was happening... I even left messages at all the Daz numbers I could find).

    I said that that was not the official answer, and when the official answer came it was that the discount should be working and that it was fixed - see first post at the top of this page.

    at the time I wrote this earlier this afternoon from last night until then .. it was still not working. And come to think of it not getting the cheaper rates for the lisences showing either.

    Make that a conditional thank you... if you hadn't responded I might have been ticked enough to not log in for a few weeks. Which would save me money.

    Not sure if this is the right place to report this but the loyalty discount doesn't seem to stack the right way with the daily discord NFT deal from today.

    What I mean is that first it deducts the $10 from the initial value, and only afterwards it applies the loyalty discount.

    It does not work the same way with the DAZ+ coupon for $6.

    The full $10 is not being deducted from items in the orange banner today. Looks like the $10 is being reduced by 25% (the same as my Holiday Loyalty Discount), and this is with only 1 item in the cart. Seems to be that way for everything I've tried.

    Those "other two" are in Fast Grab, so "no other offers apply".

    Could this please be reported again? It looks the problem was worked on and made worse by subtracting the discount before other discounts as well. Earlier I was getting  about $8 off but now I am only getting about $2.60 off Grrr !!!

    Me as well; price on a 10.48 ($8.38 with Loyalty discount)  item went from 38 cents to $5.02... frown

    Agree with Charlie Judge, looks like the $10 is deducted before calculating any discount indecision

    Although the 15% off gift cards is working with 2, the 10% off gift cards is not working with one Debut or one still new release
