Just to give more information, I am using a macbook pro, my system is macOS High Sierra version 10.13.3. My dazstudio is Version 4.10.0.123 Pro Edition (64-bit).

The locations of my headshop files are shown in the pictures. Essentially, I tried csrutil disabling, but my headshop still gives the same error: "Headshop closed before nessecary files could be created"

I have the same problem with Macbook Pro, system Mojave 10.14.1 and dazstudio is Version 4.10.0.123 Pro Edition (64-bit). All the files are on the right place and csrutil disable, but get the error  "Headshop closed before nessecary files could be created" . HELP please!!!!

Just bought Headshop 9.2 in the sale. Get the same error whatever I do. Is the developer still around and any remedy in the works? On High Sierra and latest DAZ Studio.

Bringing up a forum thread that is years old is not the best way to get attention. Starting your own thread including the name of the product you are having problems with is more likely to draw attention of others who have it too.

But since we're here now, normally error messages appear because there are files either put into the wrong places, or simply missing. For a missing folder, make the folder and plant it where the plug-in is looking for it. For proper placement of files, there is normally a detailed .pdf file included ... and some videos either from the product page or findable over on Youtube.

If it's a security matter with Mac ... then I would suggest contacting the vendor because he does provide support.

But I notice that you're using Windows, so there shouldn't be a security issue, unless it's that .exe running on Desktop error message in which case you ask it for more info and then okay the running.

Sorry.. my experience with forms like this one has been that folks frown on new threads on topics that already exist in others but thanks for the help nonetheless.

Oh that wasn't a lecture. And you welcome.
