Wild guessing from the third picture in the promo (the one with the "clowinish" make-up I would suggest the skin is SASE Emelie with the head morph modified a bit (https://www.renderosity.com/rr/mod/bcs/sase-emelie-for-genesis-8-and-8-1/151636/)
