Mal3Imagery is a PA here, but they won't release that outfit (at least as-is) because that uniform design is copyright protected. They could potentially release a legally-distinct version, but I don't remember them saying anything to that effect.
Custom outfit. Beautiful, isn't it? I've been drooling over it for a couple years now. LOL
