I couldn't resist an old friend revisit. Depending on the interest I will look at the old files.

I just very recently obtained this amazing product... One of those instances where I was sure the promotional images were hyped up a bit, because it couldn't possibly be that good. Was fortunately very wrong!

Good to see this now if I can figure out how to package it I have the shapes in my signature in one emo. I have not created the files to put colors and or patterns on emo yet and I have to find out how to guarantee it would work since my version is 3/4 upgrade and I don't want errors because it is looking for your obj file. I also have to get back in the swing of knowing what I can put up in a zip legally.

Hey I love the new studio. although it was a round about way, I found out how to apply morphs to emotigirl. I now have emotigirl plus shapes and emotigirl sporty.

hehe now emotigirl can be too... long way around it but the new studio will let you fit girl to emo then apply morphs then create morph for her and export once you have created the multimorphs.... spawn morphs works even if the magnet is not used.

  • Well life Interruptus struck again but once more I find myself heading back to finish this old project.  I don't know how long it will take but I hope to have a complete zip file by end of summer.

I am working on maps and more for all these shapes. If I had a better understanding of lray It could make another project... I tried with the coins

but the bumps are missing... the wrinkle in the face of the first is the bump map making it strange reflections.  now If I could come up with the right maps ... take out the face bump but leave the coin date and edge ridges

I played with a learning curve today and found that I need to enlarge the maps for LRAY. The small size maps I started with seem to cause the crinkle and I also made some changes on the render setting. My first showable attempt is the badge with a bump of id. Yes by wife and I are fans of the show. I call this facial pose the 'sure you only had 2 beers' look with double the size map.jpg It seems to eliminate the extra wrinkles.

Well sat up last night working/learning/testing to see about converting for LRAY. Setting up the bump maps and working on the settings. It may be a different setting on each of the maps, but it may be a worthwhile effort.

I think I may title this one 'Ooops I thought it was Gas!'

HAHAHA  What's LRAY?  Do you mean Iray or iRAY?

the one that lol guess I need to change my fonts... old eyes  Iray  looks like Lray. I have been calling it wrong all this time. I need to get out and around some other 3d people to get my terminology correct.  sounds like a nother 'One D Ten T' error.
