  Somebody in 2014 bought the bundle and said the dress still came with it, so if you like the other dresses you could always give it a shot.

  According to my Product Library, I bought this bundle in 2019, and the Black Orchid dress was still included. (But bundles can change, as in the case of the Ollie 8 Pro Bundle, an originally included character was removed and swapped out with another one.)
