Convert .exe-installer to IM?

Hi,

I've an old Genesis Evolution Morph Bundle as an .exe-installer.
Now I'm running Poser on OSX. Is there an option to convert the morph-bundle to IM and use the Install Manager to get it in Poser?

    Check your product library in your account. It should have an updated version
