The Jewlery is as above, the closest I can come to the hat is this https://www.daz3d.com/corsair-fashion-for-genesis-8-females looks similar to the image.. As for the hair it looks to be an Out of Touch product..
Any ideas on the dress?

The hat looks like London Vanity with shaders applied.
The hat is London Vanity for sure.
