    wrong link +1

  • Well, link is correct, sales page was just not updated yet. Happens often when there is just one sales page for a multiple-day sales event.

Sorry, forgot to post that I've reported.

I gather still lag in the sale page, as the 40% off Special Items or 50% if you buy two is not working.. When added to cart it still shows as 30% and when two are added no change in pricing..

I've debut items in my cart from last night showing 50% with two items in the cart.

Edit: Items from special categories may change. You'll need to wait till the new sales page kicks in.

Thank you, yep it has changed now as before the banner was not matching the page.. laugh

  • Well updated finally, but not much to see (for me). Second day where I already own the freebie offered. No interesting discounts on my wishlisted catalog items. Lazy outfit looks nice but will stay in cart until tomorrow.

In the $2.50 Natural Beauty section I only see 11 (really old!) items out of 152 because I own the rest! And I own the freebie. The sales are not great for those of us who have been around a while...The $1.99 sales over the last few months were much better.

Yeah, I think I can save my money today. Luckily I bit the bullet and use the extra 20% coupon yesterday

I hope that's not like "DAZ soon"... wink

Get this Item FREE* when you spend $5 in a single transaction"

They obviously are not using the same dictionary everybody else does.

    That's not free...that's bonus!

    Dana

  • All of the above were my thoughts about "...FREE when you spend $5..."

Fortunately, I wouldn't want Pix Tylwyg even if I had/wanted Edie 8 because I don't care for Daz Style fae/fairies.

  • Artists festival sale went from 26 letters of the alphabet to 2, I hope this is an error that will be resolved soon?

  • maikdeckermaikdecker Posts: 3,037

At least they managed to put a warning on their PC+ advertisement, that for the 30% "additional purchases might be required" and that the coupons "may not apply to certain promotions", which is a legal catch-all for any sales to exclude either devil

I believe tthis is intentional with other letters of the alphabet as the days continue.

The "Featured Artist Stores" have a 50% discount, 60% for 2+, and progressively higher discounts for their older products. The "Additional Artist Stores" have a 50% discount and 60% for 2+, but no extra discount for the older products. No problem with that, but the "View All Artists" buttons mash both groups together, making the selection process more difficult, often confusing (Why is that one getting an extra 20% percent? Oh, right). Could we have two separate lists?

  • OK, so fourth day, fourth time I already own the free item of the day. Getting boring.

Only free with a pruchase of atleast 25 dollars.... I also have it but I must admit the sudden increase of the amount needed to Buy the freebie had me nearly choking on my coffee.

Is the "frebies" going to be more expensive for each day I wonder? It was Actually free on the first day, needed a buy in of 5 dollars on the second, and needs a buy in of 25 dollars today. Where will it stop?

when the number of people buying into the 'freebie' declines...

I've got Derrik Hair and Hothradaun in my cart, but am only getting one 'select item' for $1.99. Adding another debut new makes it work, not that I plan on doing that.

Is there supposed to be fine print saying both qualifying items have to be over a certain amount? Which would be a shame, since those are the only two debut new I'd have bought anyway

From what I can see,it looks like you should qualify for the 3 items. I'll send an inquiry.

How are the "Generation x items" from the following promo defined?

When putting several items made for Genesis, Genesis 2 and Genesis 3 in the cart (see pic 2) they all only get reduced to 60% off

    So... what defines an "item"?

At a guess, a "Genesis 2 item" is an item which lists Genesis 2 Female or Genesis 2 Male as "Compatible figure", so clothes / characters / hair / poses for those figures.

GenX2 and its add-ons are utilities, they don't have "compatible figures".

Regarding the spend 25 USD to get freebie: is it based on the cart total, ie. what you are paying when you complete the order? Because it seems that you can get the "25 USD freebie" if you add other temporary freebies to cart (as a PC+ member). So it feels like it is based on the value of the items, not what you are paying.

Not entirely sure. Gonna wait for some of the other mods to see what they think and will inquire to Daz if needed.

Leans is most likely correct - it's how these things seem to have worked in the past.
