3d lip sync morph controllers?

Does a morphs exist that contain these shapes of letters to simulate talking on a timeline? Without having create each mouth movment for each letter within a word? Or is there a better way to go about this overall?

They're called visemes, and I believe they're default pose controls for Genesis 8, at least.
