Monday, Funday! Not applying 78% discount when buying 10+ items

Good day/night all;

Not sure if this is the right place to put this but here it is.

As the title suggests, this sale is not applying the 78% off when you buy 10+ items. It only applies the 70% discount. I'm in a different time zone and chances are the offer will no longer be available by the time I get back home. Therefore I made the purchase regardless and posted this message in hopes of getting a store credit for the excess amount I paid. I will submit a ticket once I get back home.

    Where DAZ has been studiously ignoring it.  A shame, as there's some stuff that I would buy at 78% off but not 70%, and the last few times I've had to deal with customer service for price protection I got so much runaround that I'm not willing to deal with that again for stuff that I really don't need anyway.

    I have noticed this issue as well.   The 5+ 70% is working, but the 10+ 78% doesn't apply.

    Same here.  Well, I spent too much this month anyway, so it is for the best.

    I haven't had to use CS for a while, but it's always been the shining star of DAZ. Have things gotten worse?
    My experience with them has always been good.
