How can I open a Sale Ticket ?

Hi to everyone,

My apologies if another topic on the subject exists, but I didn't find any.

A couple of weeks ago, I made two orders for a Genesis dress and its textures expansion.
Sadly, there's a bug, confirmed by the tech team.

I was advised to open a 'Sale Ticket' for ask a refund (in my store credit), but I don't know how.

And select Sales Support for the Contact Department.
