Unknown file type from all Genesis

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I want to try using the Daz3d, but I cannot drag any of files to the workspace.

I tried uninstall, and reinstall, but not working.

Please help.

    That looks like a bad installation or bad paths. How did you install? Are you using the default locations or have you changed them?
