How to add mesh smooth modifier

Hi, guys:

I'm using Daz Studio 4.15 Pro and I can't find the way to add a mesh smooth modifier to a character or a part of it. When I go to Edit --> Figure I can't find many options there, no Geometry Menu. Has this been moved to another menu in this version?
