CS/Helpdesk - can't sign in

You use to log in automatically to Helpdesk when you're logged in to the store and click the Helpdesk Sign In button, but I can't get it to work.  Has this been changed or is it a bug?

    Firefox.  So I just checked my plugins, it appears to be DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials that blocks it for whatever reason, after disabling it log in is working again.

    I´m having the same problem, also with Firefox... I can´t seem to find the DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials whitelist? Do I have to disable the entire thing?

    Apparently - I can't find any whitelist either.  In the reviews some say it blocks access to banking sites but I've never seen that so it may be a bit unpredictable what it blocks.
