GIS Skyway and Expansion Iray Add-on

I bought the "GIS Skyway and Expansion Iray Add-on" product and even if I own "Gis Skyway and GIS Skyway Expansion" when I load the scene I get an error of missing files as per screen shot, who can help me?

    Do you also have "GIS Skyway"?

    Ps. We are not blind, so no need for huge letters.

    yes I have the 2 products that are required

    Have you updated them since the first installation?
